Dr. Walter Rayford serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Q-Leap Health. Dr. Rayford is a Urologic Oncologist that has devoted a major portion of his professional career to health disparities. He is particularly interested in prostate cancer, men’s health, and use of health information technology to address health inequities.

Randy V. Bradley (CIO)

PhD, CPHIMS, FHIMSS

Dr. Randy V. Bradley serves as the Chief Information Officer for Q-Leap Health. Dr. Bradley is a healthcare IT strategist and researcher. Coupled with this, he works as an Assistant Professor at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, and 15 years specifically devoted to healthcare, he channels his expertise towards the growth of Q-Leap Health. Leveraging his healthcare IT expertise and his experience as a former consultant, Dr. Bradley advises hospitals and physician practices on the adoption, implementation, and use of healthcare IT.

Dimeta Smith Knight (CFO)

CPA

Mrs. Dimeta Smith Knight serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Q-Leap Health. Mrs. Knight brings nearly 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience, including roles as a Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Implementation Consultant, and Internal Auditor. She has experience working with for-profits, not-for-profits, large corporations, as well as small and medium businesses across a variety of industries, including healthcare. Mrs. Knight has extensive knowledge of small business operations and their connection to financial performance and organizational stability.

Bogdan C. Bichescu (CAO)

PhD

Dr. Bogdan Bichescu serves as the Chief Analytics Officer for Q-Leap Health. He also serves as an Associate Professor of Business Analytics and Statistics at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Bichescu has broad expertise in building analytical and statistical models to understand the implications of individual and organizational decisions. In recent years, his work has primarily been concentrated on investigations of the role of process improvement initiatives and information technology on organizational performance in healthcare organizations.

Christopher Lee (CMO)

Mr. Christopher Lee serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Q-Leap Health. Coupled with managing the marketing aspects of Q-leap’s operations, Christopher Lee serves as the CEO of Think Inspired; an integrated marketing firm with a focus on creating innovative multi-cultural marketing solutions. He has a wealth of experience in the marketing field and has countless marketing startups credited to his name. Currently, he is focused on providing effective resources and quantitative tools for customer acquisition and retention in organizations.
